Ozone: IV and Home Therapy

Discover one of our favorite tools. Ozone therapy can be done in a clinic or even at home.

What's Up With Ozone?

Ozone (O3) consists of three molecules of oxygen combined together with a host of benefits towards chronic illness and health ailments. It seems so simple. But offers extraordinary benefits far from simple.

The purpose of this blog post was to gather resources and share what I use. If you want to learn more about Ozone, Therapies, Protocols, Safety. Contraindications and More, here are a few awesome resources:

  • Types of Ozone Therapies (IV, Insufflations for Rectal/Vaginal/Ear, Topical, etc.)

    • IV Ozone, unlike the other therapies discussed, should not be done at home; it should be administered by a professional at a clinic

    • IV Ozone made a huge difference for me when I had Bartonella and Lyme flare

    • IV ozone is considered the most effective type of administration currently available because it injected directly into the bloodstream, which allows it to be distributed throughout the entire body almost immediately, affecting every system in the process; however, it can be hard on the veins and should not be done all the time; making home therapies extremely beneficial for day to day or week to week use

Ozone Therapy At Home

Although it is recommended to go to a clinic for IV Ozone administration, there are a number of therapies and tools that can be done in your own home. Everything from insufflations to help with ear infections, sinus infections, mold toxicity, sore throat, swollen glands, lyme (anecdotal) to disinfecting and cleaning fruits and veggies to purifying water to topical treatments for acne, burns, cold sores, tick bites, and to biohacking your sauna sessions. I have been utilizing ozone myself and in practice for the past year and even invested in my own home generator. I am excited to share all that I have learned and gathered the past few years with you all!

Contraindications/Considerations:

  1. Punctured Eardrum (ear insufflation specifically)

  2. Pregnancy

  3. Ozone Sensitivity or Allergy

  4. Significant Deficiency of G-6PD (or low Red Blood Cells)

  5. Blood Coagulation Issues, Anemia

  6. Serious Cardio-Cascular instability

  7. Prone to Herx Reactions; Please Check with Doctor

The Ozone Tools I Chose & Love

At Home Ozone Generator

When I started looking into purchasing my own ozone machine (after seeing so many results from ozone at the clinic I go to), I realized there are a bunch of different options. Keep in mind, to be able to do insufflations, you need an ozone generator. Here’s a hint… it will require you to go buy an oxygen tank. There are other ozone options/tools I will discuss below, but for home therapies such as making ozone water and insufflations, you will need an actual ozone generator. I ended up purchasing the 3.0 Complete Kit.

Here are 2 other things I love about Simply03:

Warranty: Lifetime manufacturer's warranty on all parts and components. If anything goes wrong, not due to user error (like throwing it into a lake), we will fix it. This one made me laugh out loud. But lifetime warranty, that is incredible!

Return Policy: 6 Month Money Back Guarantee. Doesn't work for you? Just send it back for a full refund, no questions asked. We just ask that you pay the shipping (we don’t refund shipping) and we take care of the rest. I love this because it allows people to try it out!

At Home Ozone Bubbler

I use both of these tools every single day. They do not require an oxygen tank but allow you to experience a few benefits of ozone! I also reached out and got coupon codes. This will not offer the same type of benefit as a true ozone machine above that requires an oxygen tank.
