Before working with Emily I had a terrible relationship with food. I had been counting macros for over 3 years. I was obsessive about weighing every single gram of food. I was eating 1200-1300 calories a day and binging on the weekend.It was a terrible cycle that I thought I would never escape. I was exhausted and miserable. Emily taught me how to fuel my body with nutritious foods. I now have more energy and a healthier relationship with food. Thanks to her I now realize that I don't need to punish myself by over exercising and starving myself. I have never felt better. I will forever be grateful to her.
