coffee- with Superpowers
Coffee & me have always had a love/hate relationship. I LOVE it, but every time I got it muscle tested from my functional medicine doctor, it shut down certain functions and organs (meaning it was hindering my bodies ability to stay healthy), and then he introduced me to a Ganoderma Coffee and guess what, it made my body stronger, and to my surprise tastes exactly, if not better than normal coffee. After everyone requested the info, I figured I’d share it with you all on here <3

Here are just a few benefits of Ganoderma:
Cancer Prevention | Immune System Support | Cardiovascular Health | Antioxidants | Liver Protection | Antibacterial/Antiviral | Lowers Cholesterol | Radiation Protection | Urinary Tract Support

Enhance your memory
There are several studies suggesting caffeine has a positive effect on memory and cognition. Drinking the right amount of coffee can help people to retain new information, and there are even several ongoing kinds of research suggesting it helps with Alzheimer’s disease.
Drinking a cup of coffee before exercising reduces muscle pain during a tough workout. In the same way, drinking it after your exercise prevents post-workout muscle pain efficiently when combined with other pain relievers. In fact, some pain relieving pills contain caffeine.
Caffeine can improve your athletic performance. It stimulates your nervous system into braking body fat and increasing adrenaline levels. Drinking a cup of coffee half-an-hour before working out prepares your body for intense physical performance and helps you endure any exercise by approximately 11% more than you usually would.
Free radicals are molecules that, through some complex chain reactions, end up damaging our DNA, causing several diseases and premature aging of the cells. Antioxidants, on the other hand, are beneficial for us, as they cancel these chain reactions. Foods that contain Vitamin E and C are an excellent source of antioxidants, but our major intake comes from beverages such as… you guessed it: coffee! The best part of this is that our OG Coffees all contain Ganoderma spores, which contain a high concentration of antioxidants. In short, what you enjoy a cup of any OG Coffee, you are giving to your body an incredibly large intake of antioxidants to fight free radicals.
It’s important to remember that coffee by itself is not a medicine, nor your only source of nutrients, and it’s essential to combine it with a healthy diet to enjoy all the benefits mentioned above.
