Hawaiian Sliders (Paleo, Whole 30)
Hawaiian Sliders that are Whole 30 approved, paleo, quick, delicious, and easy, even for the novice chef! These burgers have the best notes of sweetness and spice that the entire family will love! This is a sneak peak recipe into my meal prep guide launching in October!
I’m so excited to be sharing these Hawaiian Sliders with you all! This recipe will be one of many included in my meal prep guide launching in October! Similar to the sliders, I developed every recipe with time and taste in mind!
From start to finish, the sliders only take about 15 minutes! You can shorten the time even more by not sautéing the onions; however this might take away from the delicious taste.
On Whole 30? These sliders are approved!

Makes: 6 sliders
Time: 15 minutes
1 tablespoon avocado oil or clarified butter (plus extra for grilling burgers)
1/4 white onion, finely diced
1 lb ground beef, grass-fed
1 can organic crushed pineapple, drained (make sure it is organic)
1/4 cup coconut secret teriyaki sauce
*Note on ingredients: the ingredients with links above and shown below in ‘Shop This Recipe’ are from amazon; however, you might find that the ingredients are cheaper from instacart or Thrive Market and both deliver to your doorstep.
Heat avocado oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add onion and saute until slightly golden.
Add sauteed onions, ground beef, crushed pineapple and teryiaki sauce to a bowl and mix to combine.
Form into 6 patties and cook on a pan or grill to desired doneness. At home, I use this grill.
Serve on whole grain rolls, over a salad or between lettuce for low carb.
Store burgers in a sealed container in the refrigerator and consume within 1 week.
